Were the list box and button must be created?

I'm learning to use Google Scripts and HTML out, what I'm trying to do is
a google site with a layout done in html.
This is the site:

What I need to do is a list box beneath each image with few options and a
button on the side.
One of my questions: I will create this list box and buttons on Google
Script, Java Script or Html?
Another doubt how to interact that button and this list box with a sheet
of drive: example when I click on it quardar selected in this data sheet.
