Alternatives to using a database?
I am going to create a program that tracks gas mileage. I haven't decided
if it will be a web app or a desktop application. I also haven't decided
if I will use JSF or JavaFX, as these are both technologies that I want to
learn but have no experience in. Off the top of my head, the only thing I
can think of to use to keep track of user input is a database. Can anyone
suggest any alternatives to using a database? Also, if anyone has any
strong opinions about why I should use JavaFX over JSF or vice versa, feel
free to let me know.
